It’s a point worth making that Bill Gates and Microsoft was actually a huge supporter of the original Macintosh project (and “borrowed” from it, of course) and that they also helped bail Apple out in the mid-late nineties after the Dark Ages of Apple.

Sometimes it feels like people think Bill Gates/Microsoft and Steve Jobs/Apple were hateful rivals or never work together, but of course not! Business has a lot more nuance than that.
